Documentaries For Mental & Physical Health

    Introduction

In college, I worked with a sustainability organization where our leadership team gathered together, via zoom every week, to watch documentaries.

Documentaries provide objective and factual information, offering an educational way to learn about real life experiences, historic events, stories, etc…

This was a great way to watch educational content, learn new material, as well as discuss important topics in relation to the work we were doing.

This blog post contains a list of documentaries with topics focused on mental and physical health. These documentaries are a great way to learn more about mindfulness, exercise, well-being, etc…

    Let’s check them out!

    Disclaimer

I don’t always agree with the information presented or explained in documentaries.

Learning about different topics is important but don’t settle with information that is presented to you. It’s important to be critical and think about how information is presented and what stood out to you whether this was positive or negative.
